Your driver will be waiting in the Pre-Arranged loading zone with your name on a sign. Terminal 1: Pre-Arranged 1 (exit at baggage claim 6). Terminal 2 international: Pre-Arranged 3 (Exit #2). Terminal 2 domestic: Pre-Arranged 5 (exit at baggage claim 31). Terminal 3: Pre-Arranged loading zone.

What if my flight gets canceled or delayed?

Provide your flight details so we can track your arrival. If delayed, we will do our best to accommodate changes within operating hours. For cancellations, we offer a credit applicable to a rescheduled transfer; please notify us as soon as possible.

How do I make changes to my reservation?

You can change your reservation within 48 hours by calling +1-808-726-4177 or emailing us with your confirmation number.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before the service date to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a 100% charge. Reservations made within 24 hours are non-refundable if canceled. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Full payment is due prior to service. For larger reservations, a 50% deposit is accepted, with the balance due before service. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
